TAISO (TAI-the body; SO-the gymnastics) is …
– a holistic training which activates the functional physiological processes and thus contributes to the promotion of health for everyone,
– an individual training (without/with partner*in) consisting of exercises to improve mobilisation and mobility, strengthening and flexibility of the centre, strengthening of the back, strength, coordination, breathing and inner balance,
– the combination of Japanese tradition and martial arts, – the optimal preparation for Aikido.
Aikido training times for adults
Monday from 18 to 19:30 h – Aikido for beginners.
approx. 30 min Taiso: Taiso to learn the Ukemi. The term Ukemi generally refers to the reaction of the Uke 受け (the attacker) to a technique, especially the falling school.
then 60 min Aikido
Monday from 19:30 to 21 h- Advanced Aikido.
approx. 30 min Taiso: hip – to improve the mobility and strength of the centre
then 60 min Aikido
Tuesday from 19 to 20 h – Aikido for all.
approx. 10 min Taiso: back exercises, strengthening the back muscles
then Aikido
Wednesday from 18 to 19 h – Aikido for beginners.
approx. 10 min Taiso: hip – to improve mobility and strength of the centre
then Aikido
Thursday from 18 to 19 h – Aikido for advanced.
approx. 10 min Taiso then Aikido
Thursday from 20 to 21 h – Aikido Free Training for beginners and advanced.
Friday from 10 to 11 h – Aikido for All.
approx. 10 min Taiso then Aikido
Circuit training for adults and teenagers
Circuit training with various materials (pads, punching pads, punching bag, makiwara, wall bars) to increase fitness and training of punching and kicking techniques.
